Registration and payment in full is required before attending the course. Space is limited and registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once you register, we will provide you with further payment information.
Once payment is received, you secure your spot and a receipt will be sent via email. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so by February 15, 2016 – you will receive refund in full. There are no refunds for cancellations made after February 15, 2016.
